2012 Jeep Wrangler JK

This is our “flagship” so to speak, a white 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK Sport with the new Pentastar V6 engine. The black on white combination really makes a sharp impression on the road. Although its primary function is for vendor calls, we tend to prefer it on the trail. It’s debut was at the Moab Easter Jeep Safari where it earned the nickname “The Cadillac” because of its unbelievably smooth handling on rough terrain.

Although the 2012 Jeep JK Sport is very capable off the lot, we wanted to capture its full potential. So we picked a variety of great aftermarket parts to transform our 2012 Wrangler from stock to beast. We re-geared the differentials, added a WARN 9.5CTI winch, lifted it 4″, mounted 37″ Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ tires, threw on a MBRP exhaust, and much more. Similarly to our 2011 Jeep JK build, we installed Flat Style Fender Flares which allow the most articulation. Flat Style Fender Flares are perfect for any size of Jeep. They free up space for larger wheels and tires so you can make the most out of your suspension. In fact, we’ve seen our Flat Flares on JK’s with 2.5″ of lift and 37″ tires.

white-bushwacker-2012-jeep-wrangler-jkThis setup has tackled every obstacle we’ve thrown at it. The 5.13 gears with the factory auto transmission and 241OR RockTrac transfer case give our 2012 Jeep Wrangler an impressive crawl ratio of 74.

So far our 2012 Jeep JK has handled Moab, Big Bear, and the Northwest without any sings of stopping. Not only does it perform on the trail, but it also commutes like a dream. The Baja MTZ tires maintain control wet or dry, and the V6, MBRP exhaust, and gears give it the guts needed to tackle steep inclines.

With the new Pentastar V6, low gear ratio, and Flat Style Flares with 37″ tires – this 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK is at the pinnacle of daily driver performance.
