Event: Easter Jeep Safari 2015
The 2015 Easter Jeep Safari is right around the corner, specifically, March 28–April 3, and Bushwacker will be there. Hosted by the Red Rock 4-Wheelers, Easter Jeep SWafari in thousands of Jeepers from all over the country to run some of the most amazing off-road trails in the world. And whether your a hardcore wheeler looking for extreme challenges, a beginner looking to cut your teeth with your rig, or just someone looking to hit the trails, Moab has something to offer everyone. Let’s put it this way: If you’re a Jeeper and you’ve never been, this event needs to be on your bucket list.
During “EJS,” The city of Moab, Utah is taken over by avid four-wheel-drive enthusiasts and it’s a heck of an atmosphere. In the mornings, Jeepers head out to the trails. Later in the week there’s a vendor area. There are usually all kinds of other activities going on, too. For example, Jeep always brings a few amazing concepts and custom rigs to the event. It’s even debuted vehicles there. Essentially, the city is taken over by Jeepers. It’s like one big, awesome party in a city with incredible scenery and energy.
As you can guess, there’s no shortage of trails to go on and things to see in and around Moab. In addition to the multitude of trail rides, here are just a couple of events going on during EJS:
Tuesday, March 31: Restoration for Recreation. Held on Seven Mile Rim, volunteers will be putting up a half-mile of fencing to keep the area looking natural and to clearly identify the trail.
Thursday, Friday, April 2, 3: 2015 Jeep Expo. Held at the Old Spanish Trail Arena. If you’re looking for Jeep parts and accessories, you’ll want to check out the Jeep Expo. Bushwacker, along with a host of other vendors, will have a booth, so come on by!
